Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free, which is a promise that only costs us money when we have got it wrong.

If we have cleaned for you and you have a minute, a Google review helps a small local business more than anything else you could do. Mentioning the service and your area is especially useful, because it helps the next person in your situation find us.

If something goes wrong

Ring us before you write a review. Our satisfaction promise is simple: tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we return at no charge to put it right. For end of tenancy cleans the window runs for 48 hours from your check-out inspection, so if an agent flags a cleaning item we deal with it before it affects your deposit.

If you are still unhappy after that, you will get the owner's direct number, not a complaints form. That is the advantage of using a small independent company instead of a national brand.
