What we need from you
Four things get you an accurate price without a visit:
- The service. Regular cleaning, a one-off deep clean, end of tenancy, carpets, oven, office, or describe the problem and we will tell you which it is.
- The property. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and whether it is a house, flat or commercial premises. Bathrooms matter more than bedrooms for pricing.
- Your postcode. So we can confirm coverage and tell you which days we have free nearby.
- Condition, honestly. This is the one people soften, and it is the one that affects the price most. We would far rather quote the real job than have an awkward conversation on the day.
What happens next
We come back the same working day in almost all cases, with a fixed price in writing: an hourly rate and estimated visit length for regular cleaning, or one all-in figure for a fixed-price job. No deposit, no obligation, and no follow-up calls if you decide not to go ahead.
If we think you do not need us, we will say so. Plenty of enquiries are better solved by a single visit than a regular contract, and some are not cleaning problems at all, with mould from poor ventilation being the classic example.

Not for most domestic jobs. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the service and an honest description of the condition are enough. Commercial contracts get a free survey, and after-builders cleans are easiest to price from photographs.
